TERMS OF SERVICE/LEGAL INFO

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

BY BOOKING WITH GOOD DOG BOARDING & TRAINING YOU AGREE TO A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER.

It is very important that you understand the risk of boarding an animal with other animals in a kennel free and new environment. There is an inherent risk of disease transmission, accident, escape or injury to your animal(s). Even in the most controlled and well-supervised circumstances, there may be incidents and unpredictable behavior that could result in injury, illness or escape. Animals often respond differently and unpredictably to a different venue of people, animals, sounds, situations and environments. After considering these factors, you may decide that the risk associated with placing your animal(s) in a group setting with other animals is outweighed by the benefits of socialization, exercise, attention and stimulation derived by your animal(s). Therefore, you expressly and voluntarily assume all risk of injury, escape or disease to your animal(s).

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. This agreement includes a release of liability and waiver of legal rights and deprives you of the right to sue Good Dog Boarding & Training and related parties (referred to in this agreement as “Us” or “We”). Do not create a booking unless you have read it in its entirety and understand its effect, policies, procedures, release, waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnification agreements.
